Winter 2024
CMS selected UpSpring for their 2024 holiday community sharing program. UpSpring’s mission is to empower children experiencing homelessness in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky by providing opportunities through education and enrichment. Their programs include Summer 360, a 6-week day camp, UpSpring Resource Collaborative, obtains and distributes items needed to attend and succeed in school, and UpSpring Afterschool, specific programming to meet extra curricular and enrichment needs of students ages 5-18.
The CMS staff made gifts of financial support, new winter coats, hats and gloves and laundry kits.
Dan and Lynn Meiners and Ellen Fain met with Katie Jensen, Development & Marketing Director, to deliver the items and learn more about their programs.
